This Savoury Selection from The Bread & Butter Project includes two handmade pastries - a Ham and Swiss Cheese Mini Danish and a Spinach and Feta Slipper. The Mini Danish is built on an enriched, hi-protein dough layered with smoked Australian pork ham, Swiss cheese, and a tomato relish with just enough sweetness to balance the salt.
